 Eastern Football League and affiliated member clubs including non-playing officials, umpires and/or registered playing members (non-playing officials include team manager(s), trainer(s), coach(s), masseur(s), committee, office bearers, voluntary workers, co-opted voluntary workers and Officials of the Eastern Football League.

Business of Insured

 Principally but not limited to administration, organisation, promotion and all activities associated with the sport of Australian Rules Football.

 $20,000,000 AUD any one occurrence and in the aggregate any one period of Insurance

Professional Indemnity

 $5,000,000 AUD any one claim and $5,000,000 AUD in the aggregate any one Period of Insurance.

Interest Insured

 Insured’s legal liability for damages, claimant’s costs and expenses including legal costs (excluding punitive or exemplary damages) in respect of Personal Injury or Property Damage occurring during the Policy Period arising from the Business of the Insured.

Geographical Limits

 As per Sportscover Australia General Liability Insurance Policy

Excess

 All other claims: $1,000 AUD each occurrence.
